Deposit, Cancellation and

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, or full balance must be paid to secure the reservation. If you pay just the deposit the remaining balance must be paid 1 day prior to your scheduled reservation.

2. Cancellation Due to Airline Issues: If the airline cancels your flight due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, and you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, you will receive credit to be used on a rescheduled reservation, based on your rescheduled flight date and time.

3. Cancellation Notice: If the cancellation is not due to weather or unforeseen issues, you must give at least 12 hours' notice to avoid being charged. If canceled with less than 12 hours' notice, you will be billed for the full reservation amount.

4. Account Holders: Account holders will also adhere to the same policy. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full reservation amount.

5. No Show or Cancellation Upon Arrival: If you do not show up (no-show) or cancel once the vehicle has been dispatched, you will be billed the full reservation cost, including any additional fees such as wait time, tolls, or parking fees.

6. Credit Card and Signature: All account holders must have a credit card and signature on file to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

for Account Holders

• If you are an account holder and cancel your reservation, you will adhere to the policy mentioned above.

• If you cancel your reservation less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will be subject to the full amount due and will be invoiced and or your card on file will be billed

• If you cancel with more than 12 hours to your scheduled reservation date and time and let us know we will issue an account credit to be used on a rescheduled future reservation.

• Credit card on file: All account holders must maintain a credit card on file with no exceptions.
