•    Deposit Requirement

   Hourly and Pickup/Drop-off Reservations: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

   If you cancel your reservation, you forfeit the $100 deposit, unless additional payments have been made. Then the process of               refund will be implemented as stated below.

•    Balance Payment

   The full balance for your reservation must be paid prior to the reservation date.

   If we haven’t processed any payments other than the $100 non-refundable deposit, no cancellation fee will be charged as long as       the vehicle hasn’t been dispatched.

•    Cancellation Fees

•    If you cancel 48 hours or more before the reservation date. You'll receive a 50% refund of the deposit

         (excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit).

​

•    If you cancel 47 hours or less before the reservation date. You forfeit the entire deposit.

​

•    If the total reservation amount has been billed and you

•    Cancel 48 hours or more before the reservation date. 

•    50% will be refunded from the total amount

         (excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit).

•    Cancel 47 hours or less to the reservation date. No refund will be issued.

•    Proms, Indy 500, Brickyard 400 and Kentucky Derby will not be refunded if you cancel. No exceptions.

•     Deposit Based on Reservation Amount

•    Reservations of $500 or less: Require a 20% deposit. Of which $100.00 will be non-refundable.

•    Reservations of $501 or more: Require a 50% deposit. Of which $100.00 will be non-refundable.

•    Remaining balance must be with in 24 hours prior to the reservation date.

•    Refund Processing

•    Refunds to credit cards please allow up to 15 business days.

•    Refunds by check please allow up to 30 business days.

•    No-Show or

•    Cancellation Upon Arrival

   If you're a no-show or cancel upon arrival (and haven’t contacted us before the vehicle was dispatched), you will be billed the full         amount of the reservation, along with any additional wait time, tolls, or parking fees.
