Pet Policy

Elan Limousine Service warmly welcomes your pet, whether it is a member of your family, a service animal, or a comfort pet. For the comfort and safety of all passengers, we ask that your pet be in a carrier, and that it weighs no more than 25 lbs.

For Larger Pets

If your pet is a service or comfort animal and exceeds 25 lbs., or if it is not in a carrier, please inform us prior to booking so we can check availability. If we can accommodate your larger pet, we will arrange for a large SUV for your transportation with us. If we cannot accommodate your pet, we will reach out to our affiliate partners to see if they can help with a vehicle, they may have available, and you would then need to adhere to their pet policies, including any additional charges.

Pet Safety and Vehicle Care

• All pets should ideally be in a carrier or crate to ensure their safety and comfort. This also makes it easier for our drivers to assist in loading and unloading. 

• We prefer your pets to be in a carrier or crate to avoid any potential damage to our vehicles, especially our leather seats. If your pet is not in a carrier or crate, please ensure that a towel or some sort of seat protector is placed down prior to your pet entering the vehicle to protect the seats. 

• If your pet sheds heavily or drools, additional cleaning fees may apply, as well as downtime charges for vehicle cleaning. 

• Should your pet have an accident in our vehicle, you will be responsible for any associated cleaning and out-of-service time fees.

 

Driver and Passenger Comfort

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please let us know if you'll be traveling with a pet. This will help us avoid any potential issues, such as allergies that any of our drivers may have.

We will do our best to assign a driver who does not have any allergies to your pet.
